2006 Sunseeker Manhattan 5016m

1/    2no. new engine seacocks, hull fittings and pipework to strainers.

2/    New generator seacock and strainer.

3/    Shafts pulled, checked for alignment and 2no. new stepped keyways.

4/    2no. new cutlass bearings

5/    2no. new tides seals and housings

6/    Propellers adjusted and balanced

7/    2no. shaft to gearbox couplings and new bolts.

8/    2no. engine heat exchangers removed to workshop, stripped,  rodded through and acid dipped. Refitted with new O rings and anodes.  Gearbox heat exchangers inspected and found to be clean.

9/    2no. raw water pumps removed to workshop. 1no. rebuilt with full service kit, 1no.  replaced with new pump. Both refitted with new impellors.

10/  All engine, generator and domestic batteries replaced (10no.)

11/  Trim tab pump completely rebuilt with new pump motor and 4 no. control cartridges. 

12/  Holding tank, 2no. vacuum pumps and 2no. toilets stripped, cleaned and rebuilt with service kits.

13/  Inspection plates installed and fuel tanks emptied and cleaned.

14/  old antifouling scraped off and hull faired, primed and antifouled,

10 /  7No. Hella floor level blue LED lights on flybridge and rear deck

11/  4 No. Omega S/S overhead LED lights rear deck.

12/  All internal overhead lights refitted with LED bulbs ( approx. 50 to 60)

13/  Max Pepwave BR1 Mobile internet hub

14/  Fusion AV655 DVD/CD Marine entertainment system with 6 speakers in individually controllable 3 zones. (flybridge, rear deck and saloon).

15/  32” Samsung smart TV in Saloon.

16/  Custom made sprung mattress for master cabin.

17/  Made to measure pillows, sheets and duvets. (2 double 2 single beds)

18/ All curtains replaced in saloon and cabins. Individual nautical themed colour coordinated with bedding in each cabin.

19/  6no. 22mm custom made docklines.
