Built in 1988 by Cooper of Coquitlam, and manufactured to endure the harsh environment of the northwest Pacific, this is a yacht that is designed to be sailed from the cockpit by one person thanks to her low aspect cutter rig, hydraulic winches and sail handling package. Push button sailing at its best! Whilst capable of sailing fine to windward, the 165HP engine and 630 gallons of fuel allow for sensible motoring when required.

A distinguishing feature on KOKOMO is the raised pilothouse. This fully air-conditioned area offers protection and fabulous views in all weathers and makes passage-making a pleasure. 

She offers accommodation for up to eight guests in a two-cabin layout, which includes a forward cabin with a double Pullman-style berth and an aft cabin with twin berths. The starboard L-shaped settee in the salon can be converted to a double berth when fitted with a lee cloth.

KOKOMO underwent a refit in 2015 and 2016, which included mast removal, full Awlgrip paint, new teak decks and electronics upgrades. She is extensively equipped and has been fastidiously maintained by her very experienced owner.
